fifku is a learning game for children ages 5-15. It needs no account, collects no personal information, shows no ads, and has no in-app purchases.

Frequently asked questions

How do I start playing?
Just open the app, pick an avatar, and choose an age range. fifku creates a fun player nickname for you automatically (never your real name) — no account, email, or login required.

How is my child's progress saved?
All progress is stored locally on the device. If you are signed in to iCloud, it also backs up privately to your own Apple iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit. We, the developer, cannot access it.

How do I turn the leaderboard on or off?
The global leaderboard is optional. Open the Profile screen to turn it on or off. Turning it off deletes your published leaderboard entry. The leaderboard only ever shows an anonymous nickname, avatar, and score.

How do I reset or delete all data?
Deleting the app removes the local data on that device. To manage or remove the private iCloud backup, use your device's iCloud storage settings.

Is fifku safe for children?
Yes. There is no chat or messaging, no social features, no free-text input, no ads, and no third-party tracking or analytics. Content is age-appropriate learning only — math, reading, spelling, and cursive practice.
